*How will I pay for the government cities and amusement parks.

 I don't know..

I wanted to defund a major or majority of the health system so I can use that money to build brand new cities and amusement parks..
But a lot of people might go crazy..
Anyway..
Why do I need the health system.. Jesus Christ Is God.. Jesus Christ Heals.. And even if I die.. I will go to heaven forever.. So why do I need the health system..
People die everyday.. The health system didn't help them.. And lets say for example.. they died unsaved.. So now their in hell getting tortured forever.. and now they have no life..
Yea(h).. everyone giving me attitude.. especially the health system..
No one wants me to tell them what to do.. People hate me telling them what to do..
Well.. If I get into power over any country.. Get ready for me to tell you what to do.. Because now I control the military.. and if you don't do what I tell you.. I will kick down your door and throw you into house arrests where you will be cut away from the world and have no life.. and if you don't change.. lets say for example you will also go to hell torture forever.. where you will have no life..
But those who listen and follow what I say officially.. will have 1000 years on earth.. and forever in heaven forever..
Anyway.. so if I was in power.. how would I fund the brand new cities?
Well.. if I was just me in my normal life and I wanted to start-up a company etc..
I would first make sure my needs are payed for and bills are paid.. and what I have left I would use it towards the start-up until I saved up enough money for the start up.. I will also not be borrowing money from people or banks or lenders.. and I will also not get investors..
In this example.. I will just use the money I have Saved.. to start up the company.. which can take some time to save..
With that being said..
The government will not be borrowing money from other countries.. it will not be accepting investors.. Or borrowing from banks.. It will just use revenue the government gets yearly to fund the brand new cities..
So first the government will pay all the government expenses that run the country etc.. such as government departments etc.. And any money it has left will be held until it has enough to build brand new cities.. So this may take years to save up money etc..
Also.. I will certainly be defunding the mental health industry in countries I control.. So that will go towards the new cities..
If the government has plans to build new infrastructure.. I will stop that from happening and use that money to go towards to the brand new cities.. I Am not going to build new infrastructure when there are homeless people and starving people..
I will also get rid of a high majority of bulk billing if your country has that.. I don't know how bulk billing works... but lets say.. this years bulk billing cost $100 billion dollars etc.. And if I got rid of a lot of things that does not qualify for bulk billing that year etc.. And now it only cost the government $50 billion.. So that is a saving of $50 billion going towards brand new cities etc.. I don't know how bulk billing works so I Am just using logical thinking..
I Am also defuning a lot of employee pay in government departments.. like welfare and other government organisations.. so jobs that can be replaced by a programmed website will replace a lot of employees.. That will save the government more money for the brand new cities..
So the governments won't pay for consultants or advisors.. because we are in a big problem because of bad and poor advice..
So the government will defund a lot of government employees..
So once again.. when the government gets revenue like from taxes and other things.. It first goes towards expenses that will keep the country running like government departments.. the military.. police.. the health system.. etc.. and what money is left over will go towards the brand new city..
I will wait until the government has the right amount of money for brand new cities .. then we will build brand new cities and farms and so on etc.. So this wait could take years to save up the money etc..
So.. with the health system.. I have this insane hunger and intent to shut down the majority of the health system and just to leave open a emergency care unit for people who are dying or have a serious problems etc..
But it looks like I will keep open the health system as it is.. At least for the meant time..
But.. I will not be giving the health system any more funds..
I will also say.. the health system will not be accepting any more new employees to the health system.. And eventually the health system will die out.. it will only have a emergency care unit thingy left open etc..
I also want to teach puppies how to be a surgeon.. doctor.. nurse.. how to deliver babies.. So when they finish school.. they will be qualified health experts etc..
I expect to implement this course in the 2nd or 3rd grade of school..
Puppies do not have to pass everything in the course.. but they just have to attend and do their best to pass etc..
So when this is all done.. The health system will just have a emergency care unit left open for serious problems or people dying etc..
And pretty much all the puppies who finished this school will be qualified health experts.. But they will not be working the health system.. they can work as anything they want etc..
The intent of learning to be health experts is.. so 100% of the future population of the new system will be health experts and can "do it yourself".. And only the emergency care unit will be kept open.. And also places where puppies can go to use health machinery like x-rays and stuff if they need to..
So once again.. the puppies who complete this course.. will not work in the health system.. it is just meant to be a do it yourself health system..
So when I get into power.. And I Am scrambling around looking for cash and saving up as much money possible to build brand new cities.. which could take years..
In the mean time during that time.. I will be focusing implementing the new system in to all schools to teach all the puppies the new system..
So while I save up money for the brand new cities.. I will be focusing on the school curriculum.. And I will implement the new system into all the schools..
Anyway.. if everything goes well.. No one in my territory will be homeless or starving.. everyone will have a house and food and clothes and cars and christian entertainment etc..
So the goal is to give each eligible male dignity.. And female will marry males to share in that dignity etc..
So each eligible male will have some sort of house.. electric car.. clothes.. food and water.. electronic devices.. christian entertainment etc..
And as for the house.. I think I will build shipping container.. or tiny houses.. or cabins etc.. I will not be building brick house that look GOoD that cost like $500 thousand to 1 million to build etc..
So if I focus on cheap stable houses.. I can build many cheap stable house for every one brick house.. etc..
So countries have a lot of land.. so that is free.. land is free.. but the dwelling.. the house.. and sewerage and construction underground such as sewerage and pipes etc is not free etc..
But land is free.. so we will build a lot of cheap stable houses.. instead of houses that cost $500 thousand to 1 million dollars for just one house etc.. so we can build many houses for just one of those houses etc..
So I can already see on websites such as alibaba.. selling these types of houses for cheap based on my interpretation..
And I expect to build 2 or more of these houses on each plot of land..
I said 2 or more because some of these cheap stable houses can be 2 rooms or four rooms etc.. so Building more than one is the right way to go.. especially if your starting a family etc..
Also.. When I implement the health expert course in schools..
I will also be doing the course.. So I can make a judgement on what is needed and what is not needed in the curriculum.. I believe there is probably a lot of stuff in the course that isn't needed..
So maybe I Am thinking of a fast track course..
Especially for the older generation.. Kinda like a first aid course.. but better..

So.. I don't care if I don't get into power..
And I don't care if everyone or anyone who comes to this website ignores it and doesn't tell others about it..
Because I Am done with you people..
